Ho acquistato questo libro per curiosità (sono perito chimico laureato poi come farmacista) e  perché iniziavo ad interessarmi al tema della sopravvivenza. A quel tempo (anni 90) internet non era ancora di moda e certe informazioni non erano facilmente reperibili. Anche ora che il "sapere" è disponibile, anche troppo, nel web, un libro di sopravvivenza mantiene ancora la sua attualità e ragione di esistere (la corrente elettrica può mancare!!)
